Herb, the son of the founder of McFaull Financial Inc, Dr. J.Y. (Jack) McFaull, has proudly continued the tradition of excellent service formulated by Jack. He grew up in Saskatoon and joined the firm in 1981, and has served as President of McFaull Financial since 1985. Herb holds the Certified Financial Planner®(CFP®) and Registered Retirement Consultant® (RRC®) designations.
Herb enjoys his two main roles of working directly with clients each day, and of providing valuable management expertise to the firm. He has been proud to watch it grow from the early days of just Jack and him, to now a large team of dedicated people.
He has also accepted leadership roles within many charitable organizations over the years and most recently is Past-Chair of both the Remai Modern Foundation and of Camp fYrefly Saskatchewan. His current volunteer activities include Chair of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for Royal University Hospital Foundation of Saskatoon
Herb's remarkable community contributions were recognized in his award as Saskatoon CTV Citizen of the Year for 2014, and in 2017 with his receipt of the prestigious Jack Y. McFaull Memorial Award from Manulife.
A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Rod's career in the Financial Services industry began in 1987. He joined McFaull Financial in 1989.
Rod served on the Board of Directors of the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan for 11 years, and is Past-President of the Board of Directors of the Whelan Bay Cottagers Association Inc. He and his wife Kellie are strong supporters of a number of philanthropic endeavours in Saskatoon, and around the world. They have three children.
Away from work Rod enjoys time at his cabin, golfing and playing hockey. He has been a member of the Vocal Jazz group "Solstice" since 1983.
Following in his father Rod Bell’s footsteps, Addison joined McFaull Financial in 2013. Today Addison is an active Advisor and truly enjoys building relationships with his many clients.
Addison holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation.
Addison has been active in the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon since March 2015. Addison enjoys playing hockey and has volunteered as a youth hockey coach for many years. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman, passionate about golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time at the lake with his son, Harvey. He has many hobbies and interests, such as building motorcycles, travelling, landscaping, and comedy, that allow him to connect with a wide scope of clientele.
Greg began his career in the financial industry in 1982 with a chartered bank. He joined McFaull Financial in 1999.
Greg excels in working with a wide variety of clients, but particularly uses his business background to specialize with business owners, medical and other professionals. He welcomes the need to work collaboratively with clients’ accounting and legal advisors to ensure the financial, tax and estate goals of his clients are effectively coordinated.
Greg is active in the community. In his children’s earlier days, he enjoyed his role as a volunteer coach of youth softball and soccer teams. Today he remains a long-standing member of a small business breakfast club, whose mandate is to promote mentorship and growth. Greg enjoys lake activities, golf, cycling and time with his wife children and grandchildren.
He is a graduate of the College of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan and holds the Certified Financial Planner as well as the Registered Retirement Consultant designations.
Kelly has over 30 years of experience as a Financial Planner and has completed the Registered Retirement Consultant® (RRC®), Certified Executor Advisor (CEA), and Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designations.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Economics. With the Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation, she can assist Canadian Executors with general guidance while providing support when needed from other professionals.
She holds the Chartered Financial Divorce Specialist (CFDS) designation and has taken Interdisciplinary Collaborative Team Training, working in the collaborative process as the financial neutral. As an accredited financial professional who has received specialized training through the Academy of Financial Divorce Specialists, Kelly can provide an objective assessment of potential financial settlement scenarios in matters relating to separation and divorce.
Active in her community, Kelly was a member of the Saskatoon Estate Planning Council. She also sat on the Board of Directors for SaskEnergy from June 2014 to November 2018. She contributed as Chair of the Human Resources and Safety Committee and was a member of the Governance Committee.
She also sat on the Board of Directors for the Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan and was a member of the Governance Committee.
Kelly has completed the Chartered Director (C.Dir) program through The Directors College (a joint venture of McMaster University and The Conference Board of Canada).
Sean has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and earned his Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2005. He entered the industry as an insurance wholesaler with a major Canadian insurance company from 2001 – 2010. From 2011 – 2020 he was an independent financial advisor operating his own practice.
Sean enjoys working with families and businesses to educate them on financial matters relevant to their specific situations.
Sean is married with 3 children. Sean is a volunteer coach for his children’s hockey, football, and soccer teams.
Gary holds a Certified Financial Planner® designation and specializes in building high trust relationships and in achieving positive outcomes. He actively practices his philosophy about wellness in every client interaction. This unique style of financial planning has helped many clients achieve more dignity and less stress.
Gary is a graduate of the University of Alberta and Grant MacEwan Community College. His strong belief in continuing education has helped him earn the industry designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Financial Planner® (CFP), and Registered Retirement Consultant® (RRC®).

Raised in rural Saskatchewan, Gary now resides in the Saskatoon area with his wife Suzanne and their family. He believes in living life to the fullest with dignity, respect and grace. Gary enjoys spending time with family, reading, camping, fishing, physical activities and putzing around their acreage. His other passion is hockey, and in 1981 he had the honour of playing in Finland, Sweden and Czechoslovakia.
John has worked in the financial services industry since 1983, and joined McFaull Financial in 1995. His responsibilities include handling client inquiries, product and process research, support and case preparation for advisors, and processing of administrative tasks.
After graduating from the U of S with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1977, he began a seventeen-year career with a major chartered bank holding a variety of positions. Then in 1994, Bob made a career change and moved into the financial advisory industry. Bob holds the CFP® Certified Financial Planner designation and is a Senior Investment Advisor with Manulife Wealth Inc. and a Life Insurance Advisor with McFaull Financial Inc.
Bob has been advising clients for over 28 years and utilizes a comprehensive wealth management planning process incorporating retirement, tax and estate planning strategies. Bob’s guiding principle is to consistently put his clients’ interests first in everything he does.
Bob is married to Rose and has two adult children, Kellen & Kayla and a few furry family members, Molly, Ginny and Bailey. Bob is very active at Goodlife Fitness and is a regular at spin class. He also enjoys attending sporting events with his family. He is a Rider season ticket holder and enjoys following the Blue Jays and Chicago Blackhawks. Over the years Bob has spent time volunteering at his church and various other charities.
Lynn joined McFaull Financial, in 1994 and her accountabilities range from providing support to the Advisor group, to co-ordinating client events, to ensuring smooth overall office operations.
Debbie entered the financial services industry in 1981, and joined McFaull Financial, in 1991. Debbie is responsible for the thorough and correct processing of all insurance and investment documents through this office.
Norma began her career in the financial services industry in 1996 and joined Bob Seel as his assistant in 2017. Bob and Norma joined the group at McFaull Financial in 2021. Her responsibilities include client inquiries and administrative support for advisors here at McFaull Financial.
Damon graduated from the University of Saskatchewan. He entered the financial services industry in 2023 when he joined McFaull Financial Team. He really enjoys building relationships with clients and ultimately aspires to become a financial advisor with the firm after spending some time in an administrative role.
Colinda entered the administrative industry in 1996. In 2000 she left the industry to raise her two boys. During that time, she owned and operated a successful daycare for the many bright young minds of today. Colinda joined McFaull Financial in 2022 as Reception and Administrative Support. Outside of work, you can find Colinda amongst friends and family… living her best life camping/fishing/kayaking as well as crafting and many other hobbies.
